Hi I recently received an email from Trade2win I got it a bit late as I was away it promoted opening an account with Global Trader. for as little as £250 with the chance of winning an African Safari!

Now far from me believing I could even stand a chance was a pipe dream but as it only runs for the month of September and they state that if you lose they will make up your money!! Sounds good to me.

So as I don't spend my life in front of a computer I decided to jump in and have a go I've nothing to lose! I don't trade every day in fact if I spend more than 30 minutes a day then I'm on overtime.

So I sent off my money opened an account, was sad to see the Spread on Cable was 6 !!! but what the hell. I'm gonna just trade GBP/USD to keep it simple.

I'm going to publish ALL Closing Trades here win or lose - the winner will be the person with the greatest percentage gain on their bank so there is no point in puttting more than the Min in. I shall also be putting the losers here as well - they could be quite large as with just £250 there is no point in me sticking to strict money managment rules - 5% as you know so its more of a charge to get the trades up to a decent size.

Well I was teaching all day yesterday but was aware that the markets whipped around so as I did not have any money management (lesson for everyone) it managed to wipe out the lot - I shall now claim my £250 back and place it elswhere two lessons learnt - I'll leave you to work out what they were - John B
