Just wondering if anyone has managed to implement a completely automated TTS which places trades around the clock.
If so, what sort of stops are you using? I read on one of the threads that ATR is being used as and indicator. Has anybody tried imlementing stops based on the the generated SAR points (can this be done in VT?) I think it would be interesting to run the two side by side for a while on demo accounts to see the results. Anyway, I'll be buried in the VT manuals this weekend trying to implement the above system. If you have any suggestions or nuggets on useful information, I'd be most grateful. Regards, Tim |

I have just made an auto trade version of Tornado. It is for Metatrader.
I only just finished writing it this morning and had to leave it to come to work I will try and run a few tests tomorrow but these programs are notorious for doing their own thing and not what you wanted them to do I am planning to set it up on the majors 1hr tf. If its any good I'll let you know. If you don't hear from me you'll know it was a roaring failure |

Err pretty naf actually! It opened lots of incorrect trades and closed them in the wrong places.
Sorry about the late reply, haven't been on for a while. |
